The short version: no accounts for riders, no email collected, no ads, no trackers, no analytics, no data selling. You talk to our support team through a chat; we store only what is needed to help you, for as short a time as possible, and you can ask for anything to be deleted.

Who runs this / contact

Vexora is an independent project, hosted on Cloudflare. For any privacy question, request or complaint: login.vexora@gmail.com (our official contact for users and data-protection authorities).

What we collect

Support chats: your messages, the scooter model, the page you opened the chat from, device info (firmware/app version, OS) and the approximate country derived from your IP address (visible only to staff, never published). A random session token in your browser's local storage keeps your chat open between visits — it identifies the conversation, not you.
Photos and voice notes you send in a chat — deleted automatically after 7 days.
Automatic translations: chat messages are translated through an AI service (Groq) so agents and riders can talk across languages. The message content is processed by Groq for that purpose only.
Ratings and feedback: the stars you give at the end of a chat and the optional in-app feedback (rating and optional message) — stored with country/technical info, no name, no email.
Security logs: request counters and rate-limit data (including IP) to stop abuse and raids — deleted automatically, at the latest after 90 days.
Push notifications (only if you enable them): a browser push subscription token, until you turn notifications off.
Support team (Discord login): your Discord identity (ID/name) is stored for access control and so riders can see who is helping them; internal notes and admin actions are logged for accountability.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, we do not use third-party ad networks or analytics, and we do not ask for your email, phone or real name. We can't profile you — we don't know who you are.

How long we keep it

Photos/voice notes in chats: 7 days (automatic).
Chats with no activity (open or closed): 45 days, then the whole conversation and its ratings are deleted (automatic).
Security/rate-limit logs: 90 days maximum (automatic).
Push subscriptions: until you disable them or the browser drops them.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access / copy: email login.vexora@gmail.com with the chat in question (any detail from it) and we'll send you everything stored.
Erasure: email us and we'll delete the chat and everything attached to it. Automatic retentions above also apply to everything.
Object / restrict: same address; you can also just use the chat without giving any optional data.
Complain: you can lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD) — but please email us first and we'll make it right.

Legal bases: your consent (you accept this policy before opening a chat — we store the consent date), and legitimate interest for security/anti-abuse logs.

Cookies & local storage

Vexora sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers. On your device it keeps strictly necessary local settings only (language, units, selected model, your consent choices, chat session). Optional conveniences (flash history, remembered Bluetooth devices, trip snapshots) are blocked unless you choose "Allow all" in the notice — and you can change that choice anytime from the app (About → Privacy & cookies). After the privacy incident described above, every visitor is asked to make this choice again.

Processors & transfers

We use: Cloudflare (hosting, database, push delivery), Groq (message translation), Discord (support-team login and the public Discord widget). These providers may process data outside the EU under their standard contractual clauses and GDPR commitments. We never send them more than needed.

Age

You must be at least 14 years old to use the support chat. If a minor's data needs removing, email us and it will be deleted.

Terms of use

Be decent in chats: no harassment, illegal content, spam or raids. Abusive IPs are blocked.
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. Firmware/tools are used at your own risk.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the app will show a notice on next open. The current version always lives at this page.
